LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup may be available for certain merchandise, particularly furniture, larger pieces, and merchandise that cannot reasonably be shipped.

When local pickup is available, customers will receive pickup instructions after their order has been confirmed.

Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, customers purchasing large furniture or merchandise are responsible for:

• Providing an appropriately sized vehicle

• Securing the merchandise for transportation

• Providing any additional people or assistance needed to safely load and transport the item

Please measure your vehicle, doorways, entrances, stairways, and intended space before purchasing large furniture.

SHIPPING

Shipping availability depends on the size, weight, fragility, value, and type of merchandise purchased.

Because many of our products are vintage, handmade, one-of-a-kind, fragile, or oversized, certain products may be designated for local pickup only.

Shipping charges, when applicable, will be displayed during checkout or communicated before the purchase is completed.

Any delivery or arrival dates provided are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise.

Via Bella Mercantile is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
