PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Many products offered by Via Bella Mercantile are one-of-a-kind or available only in very limited quantities.
Adding an item to a shopping cart does not guarantee that the item will remain available.
Products may also be sold at in-person markets, events, or through other approved sales channels.
In the unusual event that the same one-of-a-kind item is purchased through more than one sales channel before our inventory can be updated, Via Bella Mercantile may cancel the unavailable order and refund the amount paid for that item.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Via Bella Mercantile.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to decline or cancel an order before fulfillment, including because of:

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount paid for the canceled merchandise will be refunded.

Via Bella Mercantile does not intentionally store complete credit or debit card numbers on its website.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK & COPYRIGHT OWNERSHIP
Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing, purchasing an original painting, illustration, hand-painted piece, photograph, or other original artwork from Via Bella Mercantile transfers ownership of the physical item only.
Purchase of a physical artwork does not transfer the copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or other intellectual-property rights associated with the artwork.
Copyright remains with Via Bella Mercantile and/or the original artist, as applicable.
Artwork may not be reproduced, commercially copied, digitized for commercial use, printed on merchandise, licensed, sold as reproductions, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written permission from the applicable copyright owner.
WEBSITE CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, original materials appearing on this website—including photographs, artwork, graphics, logos, branding, product descriptions, written content, designs, illustrations, and other original material—are owned by or licensed to Via Bella Mercantile and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
